:) Top foods to stay away from before a few days before 1st day of school...?

Okay, well first day of school is coming up and i was wondering what foods to try to stay away from.

For ex. i heard pasta sticks with you for a few days and gives you that bloated look.

Anything else that you know of?

  1. just eat what you want no one can tell trust me unless its like onions or garlic ha something that makes your breath funky. but don't sweat it no body is watching.


  2. that's silly, just eat healthy all the time, and you won't have to worry :}

    Limit extreme salty foods

    Excess sugars

    Add drink Raspberry vitamin C

  3. stay away from bananas because on an empty stomache it gives you gas

  4. Beans, cabbage, you know the gassy foods.

  5. Beans, eggs, ice cream, dairy, anything really heavy.  

  6. Onions, Garlic- Make you smell

    Soda- makes you tired later

    Sweets- Makes you crash

    Beans- Make you gassy

  7. Stay away from SODA!
