im a cross country runner, and the top corner and side of my knee inside of my right leg is hurting so bad. when i put too much weight on it, especially when i go up the stairs or bend my calf to my thigh, it hurts. there was no particular incident, i just came home and it was like this. ive stretched, iced, and put a brace on it, but its still killing me. this is the second day in a row.
does anyone know what this is? stretches to help? good remedies? i know its not tendonitis. please help! my meet is soon.
