im looking for a seller on ebay that sells high quality gotic lolita dresses....has anyone bought any lolita dresses that was high quality from ebay and if so then who? than yew a lot :D

There are no Lolita stores on eBay that sell good quality lolita clothing. I've been scammed by one that had a few thousand feedback that was 99.9% positive. So has my friend. If you ask on lolita communities, they always tell you just not to trust eBay for lolita clothing. The only place you can trust is REFUSE TO BE USUAL* and the only thing that's good quality is their shoes.
