  1. I've been looking at Universities for medicine courses and two that I find very good are Manchester and Birmingham university.

It all depends on what grades you get. For example, I plan on really trying hard on my A-Levels and hopefully getting quite good grades but due to moving schools and the schools losing coursework, my GCSE grades aren't good enough.

What I plan on doing is either a pre-med course or a human biology course or even do a nursing diploma and get into medicine with that.

    Good luck !!!

  2. Oxford?

  3. Probably Oxbridge

there arent that many and you can only apply a finite amount of times, plus its tough to get a place.  Different schools have different entrance criteria including their own entrance exams.

  4. I personally graduated from Manchester. A very good university, and the medical department was top-notch. Although, I hear Durham is now the best due to their new medical building and university hospital in Stockton.

Oxford and Cambridge are actually quite poor compared to the likes of Durham, Manchester and Newcastle, all of which have large training hospitals nearby.
