Top of the world restaurant - Las Vegas?

Question

I haven't had too much time to prepare for this Las Vegas trip and its the first time with a girlfriend. I have heard how wonderful the Top of the World is overall but understand it is a bit pricey. I don't mind dropping a good amount for a quality restaurant, I am just curious as to what I should be expecting to pay.

Any info is appreciated.

I have been to this restaurant MANY times, it's really not that great. Of course, the view is amazing, and that's why people go. The service is average and the food is nothing to write home about. It is expensive, but it's something you do every now and then, not every Friday night.

If you are willing to pay a bit more try the Eiffel Tower restaurant at the Paris. The view is beautiful as well. But the service and food is wonderful.

The cost would depend on if you are drinking alcohol or not at both places, and both places serve their menu a la carte - meaning you buy your entree and then you must purchase your side dishes and salads separately.

Eye took my mother there for her birthday. YEARS AGO

We didn't drink alcohol.

The bill for two amounted to $250 dessert included.

if you drink probably $300- $400

Alex at Wynn Las Vegas ( about  $200.00 for person )

Ask for private seating areas with a terrace overlooking the resort's Lake .

If you love seafood and you love pasta, go

Zeffirino's at the Venetian ( about 80.00 for person )

Reserve  the table overlooking the Grand Canal

Don't forget sweets

I hear its really cool with a excellent view of the strip but i never been up there personally.. I hear the food is just ok and pricy, your paying for the view buddy! I would say go to Roys off the strip or AJ steakhouse or Nubi for sushi both inside the hard rock hotel on flamingo! Good Luck!
