Top restaurants in Birmingham, uk?

Does anyone recommend any good restaurants or pubs in the Birmingham area, they need to be either chinese, italian, mexican or spanish. Somewhere that also does good wines and cocktails.

You've got to try Milano's in the Arcadian Centre.

Chung Ying Gardens in the City Centre,  Jonathans ( Mexican) Just outside the centre,and Old Orleans at Star City, all are worth a try!
