I received one also.  It is a SCAM. If you google it it will come up as a alert 2008 my check had a different bank but the signatures were the same.  So yes it is a Financial scam.

have the bank make sure it as a good check before you cash it.

It is a scam , do not cash, you could take it to a bank to confirm it, but it is not real, it is a scam that is getting more poylar, Most legit mystery shopping have you get the items and reimburse you, how much money, of it do they want you to send to them, avoid, don't become a victim/
