Top speed on a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse gs Stock, and is there a limiter?

I've had my mitsu for about 6 months now, I love to drive it. I've had it up to 115, I was wondering if anyone knows the exact answer to what it's top speed is.

and also Is there a limiter on this car?

theres no limiter its limited by gearing the 4 cyl is also geared lower then the v6

We have one and it goes about 140 top speed. I hope test this legally.
