Boston Red Sox has been on top throughout the regular season, but their misfortune took them out from being a part of the post-season. Their many players have considerable runs with good batting averages in the 2011 MLB regular season. Adrian Gonzalez being
on the second position with a .338 average is at the top among all his team-mates. Although the club could not make it to the post-season, but their players have made a considerable contribution in the record table.
