Agger might not be out of favour at Liverpool but he is certainly a player who would do better somewhere else. Liverpool finished sixth in the 2010-2011 Premier League season, a season in which their fortunes only started to improve
following Kenny Dalglish’s appointment as the club’s manager. For most part of the 2010-2011 season, Agger seemed like a peripheral figure at Anfield. His season was plagued with injuries after having a disappointing FIFA 2010 World Cup with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Denmark-c2884. However
Agger’s talents as a central defender are without doubt in demand.
Last season, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Gerard-c14664 Pique like player in many aspects of his game. Agger has the capability to play as a libero or as a central defender. In some cases he has

Charlie Adam
Adam took the Premier League by storm in the 2010-2011 Premier League season with Blackpool F.C under Ian Holloway’s management. The Scottish playmaker played in a deep lying position much like his Spanish counterpart http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Xabi-Alonso-c37045.
Charlie does not have the passing range of a http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Paul-Scholes-c29394 or a Xabi Alonso but he is the next best thing. In the first half of the season, their playmaker’s performances propelled them towards the 7th place in the Premier League table.
However in the second half of the season, Adam’s influence began to wane especially after he was associated to a move away to Liverpool or Tottenham Hotspur in the 2011 January transfer window. In the latter half of the season,
Charlie Adam was criticized by Holloway as well as Blackpool were relegated in the end of an eventful 2010-2011 Premier League season. It is clear now that Adam is quite capable of playing in the English Premier League.
Blackpool have also made their peace with the fact that he is destined for a move away from Bloomfield Road but the Seasiders will hold out for an impressive return on their investment. It remains to be seen which Premier League
clubs will be interested in signing the Scottish playmaker who has significant Premier League experience to compliment his talents now.
