You can have following to be added:

1. Duty Attendance  (time of in and out)

2. Leave Management (Online, Offline)

3. Salary Management (Payroll and Financial Pay/Deduct)

4. Automatic Calculation of late, break, absent deduction and salary and bonus

You will get benefit for resource and suggestion from your institute you can ask them things as you're going to make project on your institute :)
