There are a hundred ways to answer this.  There is a largest apparel maker, a largest cotton fabric producer, the largest by sales, largest yarn producer, the largest by many other parameters.  Also "topmost" could mean quality which would lead you to Europe and the USA.

You can look at Market Capitalization (see reference).  Remember, companies in China and Vietnam, for example, we don't have good data about.  And companies like Milliken & Co. are private, so again the data may not be exact.
