Topping up Oyster Cards...?

I just tried to top up my oyster card online and I tried to make an account and it said that I already had one. I haven't used my oyster card before. Anyone know why it's doing this? Its a 16+ card.

  1. before you got your 16+ card, you would of (or your parents)  had to have filled in an application form then TFL send you your card. that form is used to register you and create an account, call oyster on 0845 330 9876* and they will be able to give you your account details and access password.
