Topup tv card?

i bought a freeview topup box and got a free topup tv card for a month i registered it but they said it will be on in 48 hours why does it take so long and when will it be on

The process to register or authorize your card has be given a period of 48hrs. This is in place so the customer does not have to keep phoning up and asking why the service is not on and when they can start viewing channels. If after the 48hrs your card has not been activated then call Topup TV for an explanation.
