Tore a legament in my right arm and had surgery?

I live in Calif. My workmans comp has paid for all my medical bills as well as paying me 2/3 of my salary. If my doctor says I can go back to work but keep me on Workmans comp for the tendenitos in my elbow, can I still get a settlement?

was the tendonitis part of the WC claim? Doesn;t sound like it

You will only get a "settlement" if you are judged to have a permanent condition.  Otherwise, you continue the WC provider's care until you are unconditionally released.
