my goal is to do predental by a bachalor major in bio OR biochem with minors in both bussiness admin and frnech. so it have to be moderately challenging as i get ready for dental school.
i went to see 3 colleges so far. st. mary's college. BEAUTIFUL! everything i love excpet the classroom. too little people and i get embarass very easily and expensive but worth it and challengin with their new plan that's basically like a year science project. i don't know if in the end, i can get a high enough gpa to impress the interview at umb.
also visited umbc. an alright school. would never apply or go here. suburban area campus but the people is not so cool. ask them where a room is and they act as though they're doing you a huge favor! ask two people bc the 1st one was too vague! very rude. the only pros is its near my house but too many people. bio class gonna be like 500 people in there..
so 2 left.frostburg will definately get in but it seems the school not very acadamically challenging. don't know what this will affect how the judge think fot the dental school. the goods is that they seem to have a predent course well outlined. however, i visit here in late in october from baltimore and it was snowing!! so it's gonna be cold, freezing most of the time ad i don't like that at all! i can't tolerate the cold reall well. furthermore it seem to be in the middle of nowhere...
salisbury have yet to visit but it seem nice. collegeboard said it's rural but wiki said it suburban. i don't know what to think though wiki is not reliable, still.. my friend sister is going there for 08-09 and she seem to love her visit. said everyone is real nice but then the grl's 5'9 with beautiful brown locks with an amazing outgoing personality! who wouldn't love her?
well i like my classroom like high school, 25-30 peeps, medium size but a bit more rural than suburban but must be close to convieniece places like a dental office or walmart, and nice nice nice people. so anyone can give me some advice? alumni of any?
