This has been hard to say.  There are many debates about tornado alley.  The written down areas of tornado alley are changing a bit, because if you look at statistics tornado alley should be in parts of all of these states: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Iowa, Minnesota and Missouri.
