Tornado!?!?

Omg! I can hear the sirens outside.. me and my brother [who are home alone] are downstairs.. in the basement. We live in Franklin County, OH and theres a tornado watch for us! We are soo freaked out! Is there some sort of procedure we should go through to make sure were safe??

get under a heavy table or something stay away from any windows.debris is most dangerous.

omg i no! i was so scared! i just went down to my basement but i was so glad the tornado didnt hit us!

do you have a sturdy workbench that you can crawl under, makesure you have a flashlight, radio (for sound if someone is searching for you), cell phone, some food & water & emergency kit!  Its good to have things ready just incase!

go down to the basement or get to the middle of the house in a closet or something. if youre in a basement then just stay there until it's safe to come out
