  1. Well the question doesn't make sense.  What is a 10mph tornado, that is barely a breeze.

A tornado is not likely to travel that far, but it has happened before.  Look at the Tri-State Tornado Outbreak. Also, the storm producing the tornado could easily travel that far.  So even if the tornado ends, another tornado could happen at any time from the same storm.

Maybe you meant the storm was traveling at 10mph, then no, it would not hit you.  It, storm or the tornado would need to be going about 50-60mph to even have a chance.

  2. only 10mh?

    no chance.

  3. depends on how strong the storm is but i seriously doubt it, you might get a breeze.

  4. Not realy unless it was a extremely strong tornado (F5 +) The longest tornado has been on land for about 50-70 miles so I dont think it would make it to your house, you should be safe.

  5. 10 mph wind is not very strong at all, are you sure it wasnt a 100mph?

umm im not an expert but i would say no?

  6. 10 mph is totally NOT a tornado.  Sorry to disappoint you, but your fine.  172 Miles is nowhere near your range.  Be concerned if there is 100 mph wind a mile from your house, then, go underground.

  7. Probably not the same tornado but a different one out of the same storm.  That far the storm would change to much for the same tornado to stay on the ground.  A 10 mph tornado is no bigger then a dirt devil.  Or did you mean the storm was traveling at 10 mphs?
