I noticed that there are huge gasoline facilities near my area. These facilities are so close to hundreds of homes and apartments. What can I do to possibly get these facilities taken out/moved?

  1. Voice your concerns to the higher authority such as the 1 that runs the city, people who do the zoning for facilities, etc. I'm one of the people who was evacuated because of it and it was a pretty scary site to hear the explosions and seeing the huge fire. I'm glad that our city is doing it's best to help out. I'm very disappointed in the sunrise propane management employees because they were supposed to clean up the neighbor hood on Wednesday, but the failed to do it in a timely manner,so the city had to do the cleaning up. Which by the way started today. Because of this incident people have set up 4 class action lawsuits. I'm very thankful that no one else was seriously hurt or killed. The firefighter and worker passed away may they R.I.P and because of the trauma of these explosions a woman  who's name is Patricia, she was very dear to us in the community. Unfortunately she passed away on Tuesday the 12 at 11:00 pm, just hours after we were allowed to return home. R.I.P Pat we will miss you...My house has no structural damage and there is no other type of damages,so I feel we are very lucky.

  2. maybe better safety procedures and measures in place
