Toronto ON~~Question on purchase of 88 cent scented candles?

I bought some scented candles for 88 cents. For the next three days, I came down with a very painful headache, never had it this bad before.

Anyone know if cheap candles from dollar stores can be dangerous, or harmful for breathing some fumes?

(NOT the long ones)...They weren't tealights but something 1/2 way bigger, they had a scent and I now wonder if those cheap candles may have something in the indegredients that triggered off a terrible headache that I got stuck with during the heat wave. I had to stay indoors cuz I felt nauseaous.

Yes, definitely the candles could be the cause of your illness.  The wicks can have lead in them, and the wax can contain filler c**p that also isn't good to burn.
