Toronto Streetcars - Stroller accessible?

This may sound silly, but I am not from Toronto and I am planning my trip to make it flow as smoothly as possible :)

Are streetcars stroller-friendly? Or should I plan to ride with my baby another way?

  1. i wouldn't take the streetcar if you plan on taking your baby in the strollers, it is the most riskiest transportation ever seeing that you have to walk out into the street to get the streetcar, however there are other buses that are stroller friendly, and the bus lowers for the strollers, hope you have fun when you come here!!!

  2. Ive done it. Its not the best, if you can find alternatives it would make your trip better.

  3. No, definitely not stroller-friendly. You have to walk out onto the street in many cases to get to the entrance, and there are a series of somewhat steps leading up to the seating area. You may be lucky and have someone help you with bringing the stroller up and down the steps though.
