Toronto Transit Help?!?

I'm completely dense when it comes to directions and need help!

I need to get to 801 Queen St. West (store: Rotate This) from Downsview Station. I know you can take the subway right to Queen, but where do I go after that?

It's probably easiest to get to Bathurst station, then take a streetcar south to Queen (not sure which streetcar off hand, but most go that far -- just ask the conductor).  It will be just a couple blocks west of that (take a look at the map I've linked to).  If you want, there is even a street car which would take you from Queen + Bathurst, but it's probably easiest to walk.
