Toronto: Where can I find a Warehouse to rent for a party?

I'm throwing my birthday and i want it big. I need a place thats not really formal though, like... a warehouse.

Also, I want an idea of around how much this may cost for a one night rental.

Loopnet.com has the most warehouse listings.  Then costar.com.  If not there, drive where the warehouses are and go inside.  My friend owns a big granite business and would rent you his giant warehouse but he's in Phoenix.
