  1. The CN Tower is great to see. Niagara Falls isn't far from Toronto, too. Day trips are possible. Eaton Centre is a big shopping centre which is great. Casa Loma is an old castle used in many feature films. Queen St West is a nice shopping, hip entertainment district. Hope that helps!

  2. I've found this website for you to help plan your visit. It's a travel and city guide to Toronto. Check it out!

  3. Center Island, Canadian National Exibition, Hyde Park,

Chinatown (best Chinese food in N.A. (besides San Franciso) Woodbine Centre, Yonge Street (2l miles North to South) start at bottom walk up lots of shops etc. - there's a beach there too- at the bottom of Yonge Street but I can't remember the name off hand - transportation is excellent subway - streetcar and bus.

stay about two weeks - and check out Niagara Falls, and Windsor while you're at it - you can see the city of Detroit across the river there - it's really something.

  4. CN Tower

    Rogers Centre

    Air Canada Centre

    Queen St

    Casa Loma

    Eaton Centre

    Nigara Falls/Clifton Hill

  5. Check out the Canadiana Backpackers Inn for accommodation. I've lived in Toronto all my life so I've never had the need to stay in a hotel or hostel here, but I started researching this place and I'm trying to get a job there. It's right in the heart of downtown and has been remarked as very clean. Here's a link to the google reviews page for it: http://maps.google.ca/maps?ie=UTF-8&oe=u...

It's near everything you could want: King Street for theatre, Queen St W for shopping, Kensington Market for vintage and indie cafes, the waterfront (a personal favourite just for walking and biking, especially in the summer), CN tower, the ferries to the island, a short walk over to Yonge St & the Eaton Centre, a couple of subway stops from the ROM, and if you take just a couple more stops, you'll be in the Annex (Sonic Boom & Future Bakery are two must-visits), or move just a bit more southwest from there to College Street and you're in Little Italy!

Toronto is made up of so many different neighbourhoods. If you're the type of person who likes exploring, give yourself at least a week. If you just like to hit the big spots, then you could probably meet your fill after 5 days.

  6. visit www.toronto.com

its a great website u can plan ur trip easily

    best of luck

  7. Places you can visit are :

    1 - Toronto CN Tower

    2 - Rogers Centre

3 - Downtown Toronto for Eaton Centre

4 - Dundas Square for concerts, chilling

5 - Downtown Toronto for nightlife, we have loads of clubs and bars...you will be amazed how it looks like at night...

6 - Toronto Island is beautiful and you can take the Ferry to Centre Island

You would want to choose a hotel downtown Toronto, because you will find that closest to the attractions.  Also, there is something called the "Residence", you can phone them and see if they have a cheaper rate, as they do offer really good deals for their stay.

I would recommend 3 to 5 days, that would be more than enough to see the city but if you have relatives here, you might want to take an extra day or two.

    Hope you like it!!

  8. This may seem like an odd suggestion but there is a play coming to the Wintergarden Theatre on June 27th and 28th. It's Les Miserables Student Edition and it's performed by students from 8 to 19 years old. I saw the show in Brampton and loved it. I'm going to see it again. You can get tickets at ticketmaster.com for 30$.
