torrents are kinda safe. But read the comments before u download so u wont make the same mistake the first person who downloaded did which he may have gotten a virus, or something. If people leave good comments then go on ahead download it

OK. To tell you honestly, I've been downloading torrents for about 2 years.I used torrent to download movies or softwares. You can't really avoid trojans especially those programs that came up with rar/zip files. I would recommend you just make sure your anti virus is updated to detect virus. When downloading torrents also, be sure to see the comments and see what are the reactions of people who download it. This adds safetiness before you download the file
