Chelsea’s striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Fernando-Torres-c13707 has warned Barcelona that the best team doesn’t always win in football and it is all about getting your tactics right for each game.
Torres has admitted that Barcelona are one of the best teams in the world, but despite that fact, they still went on to lose to Chelsea in the first leg of their Champions League clash.
The striker feels that this means the team needs to focus on playing one game at a time and that just about anyone can beat even the greatest of teams, if they don’t get their tactics right for the match.
The Spanish international, when talking about http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 is quoted to have said: "It's clear that Barcelona are a step ahead of all other clubs. They have reached the last five semi-finals, and that's not easy at all, but this is football: the best team doesn't
always win"
He then went on to admit that Xavi and Iniesta almost always went on to dictate the pace and the direction in which games would progress, but even they were bound to have problems at some point.
The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 forward then admitted that it is all about using the right weapon in such situations and avoiding the need to rely on the same tactics for all your games.
"Xavi and [Andres] Iniesta are players who dictate the rhythm of the game. When you play against them, you need to know that they are guiding the game.”
"Many teams who play Barcelona think that you have to steal the ball from them, but I don't think that's possible.”
"You have to use different weapons against them. If you want to steal the ball, you won't manage it and you'll get tired, and then create more space for your opponent."
Chelsea currently have a one goal lead, as they head into their second leg semi final clash with the Catalans. At the moment, no one is quite sure what is going to happen in the game, but should Chelsea be able to do what they did in the first leg, they
could end up making it all the way to the finals of the tournament.
