Tortellini vs. Lasagna?

Two different things and I thoroughly enjoy both though the lasagna is more versatile.

The tortellini is a sort of folded ravioli... it kind of looks like a bandanna over a woman's head and can be stuffed with everything from cheese to pumpkin to meats. I've never had it stuffed with sea food. They can be served in broth or a rich tomato sauce or covered with heavy cooking cream a dash of nutmeg & hams bits.

Lasanga - also called "pasticcio" in Italy can be layered high or low (many sheets or as few as three) and you can "stuff" it with everything from bechamel, pot cheese and tomatoes to shrimp & pesto to spinich, ham and cheese.

It would depend, but usually, I'd prefer a good vegetabley, cheesy lasagna.
