Toshiba 32AF13 television

Question

I have no picture. It has sound on the DVD but no picture. I hooked another TV to the direct TV box and it is fine- picture and sound. So it is definitely the TV. I read that it might be the high voltage board that runs the picture tube. Estimated fix was $200 range.

Any thoughts?
