Toshiba Cyclone CX 34862 Television

Question

Hi , My Toshiba 34 inch tube type TV won't turn on it merely clicks on to start and then shuts down immediately and all you can hear is a crackling sound (static). I have tried everything including Hard start-up with no luck.

Can you advise and thankyou in advance
