Toshiba DVD Player is stuck at Loading!?

problem: whenever i put a cd/dvd in the player, it keeps on blinking loading....loading...loading

what do i do??

  1. seems your laser is having problems reading data!

    try using a DVD cleaner if this does not work slightly dampen a cotton bud and wipe over laser if it still does not work open the lid of bin and insert DVD player
