Toshiba DVD Recorder 400?

Question

I bought this recorder, to record programs i record on tivo do dvd. I cant get it to let me record any program without getting an error saying it is not allowed. Do i have it hooked up wrong, or will it just simply not record from tivo?

Hi ATV Girl,
