Toshiba Laptop will not start up!Toshiba...

When I turn on my computer a "windows Error Recovery black screen with white lettering pops up Windows failed to start due to recent hardwate or software change (might be cause)Launch start up repair (recommended)Start windows normally.. I have tried both optiona and nothing has worked!. THe second window is a Windows Boot Manager.. and it basically said this error was caused by unplugging a removable storage device (never did such) such as an external USB or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or cd-rom.Status 0xc00000e9info: An unexpected I/O Error has occuredWhat or how can I fix this.. PLEASE help ;)
