Toshiba Satellite A200-AH5 Troubleshoot

I have a Toshiba A200-AH5 notebook. Before my webcam would only work in its own program, and not with MSN messenger. Now it works with MSN, but everytime i turn on the computer a error message pops up telling me "webcam driver open fail. please restart computer or webcam"Please assist me with thsi problem.
