Toshiba Satellite Pro 4300 notebook

Question

Hi,I've inhereted this old model from my previous job. I had to delete all the software since it was set up as a work station through the companies server. (Took ages before it had worked through all the installed protocols) I have discs from Dell and HP to install the operating system but I don't seem to get it to read the discs...? It just comes up with the message 'no operating system'Can any one help me to get it working again?ThanksAad
