Toshiba TV CX2789K Horizontal Line

Question

HelloWhen I turn on the TV I get one Horizontal Line Across the screen that is about 2 inches wide.I also get a few more smaller Horizontal lines starting at the center of the screen to the top of the screen.I can hear the sound correctly and I can see a picture that is compressed in the 2 inch horizontal line.Can you help with a Diagnosis and where I should start replace any bad components.Thanks
