Toshiba TV colour not working

Question

Hi kids have fiddled with remote and menu, the remote for our next wave digital and the tv now not working. Trying to fix tv by using controls on tv but child has confused the tv. Now only tv works in black and white, can only change channels on the digital set top box manually and can't change sound etc. I tried fixing it up but probably have confused everything more and I have not got a manual . TV model is 2975DE but can't find this model anywhere. Please help
