Saw your name attached to someone with a problem with their remoteon a Toshiba 32af43. TV vol, input are in and out making me think its a loose connection.
I thought it was batteries, changed them... reprogrammed Directv, it now sometimes will control the TV and input, but most of the time not. The Toshiba remote does not work either. It must be the IR LED, but why would it work sometimes and not others?
I took of the back of the TV and it looks tight to get in and solder. I have no clue what I'm looking for or at. Service manulas are available but only for $... I'd rather save the money if it ends up I can't fix it anyway.
