Toshiba Tecra A3-S611 Freezes

Question

Everytime I turn my wi-fi on, the computer freezes and becomes unresponsive. I tried to reinstall the driver but that didn't work. I even tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it. When the Wi-FI is turned off the computer works fine but I am unable to use high speed now.
