Yes, the technician check the drum when he placed it. Is it normal that the primary has a black soot or toner cause after the machine produce black coy, we just clean the primary and it is alright again. I'll check the seperation ***y your saying but where can I find it. Do you have manual for Toshiba e-studio 45 cause we just bought the machine second hand and they lost the manual. Thanks again.
