Toshiba equium L10-300 problems

Question

A couple of problems. My internet screen is always too big and won't fit, how can i make it fit s i don't have to keep scrolling across.Secondly, trying to set up wireless with my sky package but when i use ipass on my work computer it cannot aqquire an address am i doing anything wrong??
Also it has just started but the bar along the bottom of the screen keeps going off and when i go to the down arrw in the bottom corner it keeps ppping up and really annoying??
