Toshiba laptop (webcam)?

well i have a toshiba laptop wit a webcam and i want to know if it gots effects and if it does can some one tell me how to look at them

Yup; there should be a white icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.  Clicking on this will put a white toolbar across either the left or the top of your screen (if it isn't already there).  This toolbar is defaulted to auto hide, which means you must run your mouse over it in order for it to be visible.  Once you find the toolbar, you can right click to disable the auto hide.  Clicking on the effects button (looks like a star) will allow you to change the effects of your camera.

i have a toshiba laptop with a webcam.

and it is the most annyoing thing ever.

in the little tool bar thing it has a few settings that you can use.

if you click on the spanner it has settings of things you can change.

and then square with the pencil has some too.

but if you use your webcam on msn it says locked by other thing.

and all this lalala its c**p as.

if you REALLY want a good webcam buy a logitech.

my brother has one and it rocks and has heaps of affects.

My sister has a Toshiba laptop. It also has a webcam and i believe one day I saw that you could do some effects with it. I can't remember what it's called though. But just click start>all programs and looked through those. One of them is a program for the webcam but its doesn't contain the word webcam in it. Just search through the programs that have something to do with media or photos or such.

Sorry i couldn't be of more help, I just cannot remember the name of the program.
