My error... I was not at home when sending first description. This is NOT SAMSUNG. My screen is TOSHIBA model #37HL67. serial # AM3400002767. And that is from me being on site with screen. It is possible that we were told "lamp" not "bulb". Also, yes very dusty/leaky older house with construction going on next door and I would love it if a good vacuum was all it took.
