Toshiba qosmio f20 tv tuner help?

i cant seem to pick up channels i have a good signal thru freeview etc so i kno it isnt tht just wondering if im setting it up right thru media center do i jus plug the cable in from the tv or the freeview box help any one ?

May I suggest using one of the Toshiba Support forums.  The experts are there and you are much more likely to get a good answer.
