Toshiba television crackling?

i have a fairly new toshiba tv and it is making some crackly noises...why is this? on every channel

Are you watching over cable or antenna?  I would try troubleshooting your cables first.  Make sure they are connected good and tight.  Is the coaxial screwed in?  If you are using component or composite cables make sure you have them in the correct place.  Next try using different dables.  If that doesn't fix the problem call your service provider and explain your problem.  Finally, you may have to call the manufacturer of your tv.
