I waz waiting for my mom to pick me up at school and this guy came up to me with his hands on his waist ( i ALWYS put my hands on my waist, i dont know why) and said- hey i'm mae and i have boobies- look at them! Waz that totally perverted or am i over reacting- if it was perverted, wat should i do???

He was more or less making fun of you. He probably overhears other people saying, or notices that you put your hands on your waist. At your age, girls get jealous and want to start rumors and such, so they are probably saying things similar to you are trying to show off your b***s or something. Who knows? Just ignore the guy, he's just being a jerk.
