I'm a 22yo male, 5'11 155# with an 11% body fat. I'm already lean and lift 4 times a week with 2 days set for cardio. My question is whether I should do total body workouts (e.g. train each muscle once every other day) or splits (e.g. chest and biceps on Monday, Legs and triceps on Tuesday etc) in order to attain a swimmer's build (the lean and muscular look!)Any idea?PS I'm on a high protein/moderate carbs diet and I don't really know how to swim :(
