Total insult, any advice?

So, I've been talking to this person over the internet for a good while. I had a lot in common with this person, and I was being to think that it wasn't a coincidence that I met them online. Then, Today, I received a message that was a bit insulting from them, actually it was insulting on an EPIC level. The person alluded to the fact that I'm "weird" and "special" (in a NEGATIVE context). I have a disability, and I don't like being seen as "weird" or "special". But I STILL like this person, and want to continue talking to them, any advice?

  1. If you still like them keep talking to them but let them know that you were insulted by that

  2. If you have a lot in common, and that you think that it wasn't a coincidence, then it might be a trick for all you know, but if that message really depresses you, then stop talking to them.

But if it is a all of a sudden change of behaviour, them it might be someone else who messaged you.

  3. do yourself a favor and stay away from people like that. no one deserves to be treated like c**p.

  4. "Love me or leave me, but I am what I am."

the next call is up to her

  5. Have more respect for yourself!

  6. uhhhhh...a sad world we live in........

  7. Well, does this person know about your disability? if he does then he was wrong, else u need to tell him about it. Anyways, talk to him and tell him how bad u feel. If he apologizes or does not repeat this again, then forgive him and be friends. However if things continue like this, then stop being friends with him and move on. U should not necessarily make friends with persons having a lot in common with u, even two totally different persons can be best of friends.
