Total knee replacement?

Question

what happens to a patient whose affected knee is replaced with the wrong implant? eg. left sided implant on a right knee.

what are the legal complications that can arise?

its pretty hard to do beings we use a jig to make cuts and are taking xrays and checking fitment.

you won't be able to walk probably.
