Totally clean my computer!!!!!!!!!?

I am sick of computer being slow and annoying. I want to clean it all up! I have downloaded a few cleaners but they all either want me to buy or have viruses. which i need to restore my computer because of. Can anyone reccomend a good, free cleaner i can download that will cleanse my computer??????

DONT download anything !

Go onto start,all programs,accessories, disk cleanup and then disk defragment . that will clean up you computer.That's what i use.

Before you do that though delete everything you dont need off you computer then empty your computers recycle bin :)

defrag/empty recycle bin/remove unused programs/cut down the no.of things on your startup/ run a registry cleaner such as eusing its free.

u dont need cleaners.

1. u need to delete/unistall all unneccary files.

go to add/remove programs and delete all programs u dont need.

2.you need to run antispyware/antivirus make sure virus or maleware isnt slowing u down.

3.defrag i suggest using jkdefrag. u can just google and download.

4. if u had ur computer for awhile open it up and clean it wit a duster. u be suprised how many times i seein slow pcs becuase  theyre filled wit dust and the compound cant cool down.

I strongly recommend that you avoid all the so called cleaners; none really work.  As you stated, many have imbedded bugs in them and some are so clever as to have the bug sleep for a few days after the rebuild prior to them coming to life.

I strongly recommend you reformat the hard drive and start with a known clean slate.

Use your recovery disc to do this.
